Russian political thinker also famous as an investor & an entrepreneur
President of Alexander Piatigorsky Foundation. He is a consulting professor at the Higher School of Economics University (Moscow). RIAC Member.
Efim Ostrovskiy created and led the very first projects driving transformative innovation to start up political strategy & PR markets in Soviet Union and modern Russia. He was a co-owner in Marussia Motors, developing first Russian luxury sport cars. Efim held diverse senior roles in the IT sector. He also established and headed numerous think-tanks in Russia for last 20 years.
Prior to Marussia Motors Efim Ostrovskiy founded and led GOST — a famous strategy consulting group. In the non-profit sector Efim worked as the Adviser of Presidential Envoy to Volga Federal District (2000 — 2007). During his seven years at VFD, he did eight classified Christmas Lectures for the Russian political and business elites concerning most notably the use of philosophy for actual domestic politics.
Efim Ostrovskiy teaches courses on a regular basis. He is a founding father of the Virtual Metropolis movement. His paper "The Decentralized Man: New Evolutions or Return to Neolith?" is a permanent keynote for the movement conventions right now.
